About Kirsten
Kirsten Klug is a designer, educator, coach, and lifelong mountain enthusiast who has supported athletes and families in Oregon for more than two decades. Her work focuses on communication, resilience, and creating supportive communities where people feel confident and connected.
Our Cultural Goal
Slope Stewards™ exists to build a mountain culture rooted in awareness, kindness, communication, and presence. Whether you ski, ride, volunteer, coach, or cheer from the sidelines, you’re part of something bigger — a community that looks out for one another. Just in a few months of testing Kirsten's ideas out, we see that this culture and concept is far more connecting and reassuring than we originally envisioned.
